A brick or not a brick?

Back indoors for a little, but hopefully not for long. Run for 30 min and then another 40 on the trainer. I have noticed that I do not mind the first few times doing the silly indoor stuff.

  1. It's a good time for some cross training. Core strength is my fav for winter time staying in shape. I wouldn't mind having a tread mill again, either.
