When you ride in the winter, maintenance is a must. I cleaned and lubed the chain, cables, derailleurs, and idlers. I believe there should be a reward for such things...so...homemade ice cream it is.

And it was good. Maybe I will put some time in on the elliptical to offset it...maybe.
hook up yer ice cream maker to the elliptical and crank out some ice cream AND get some excercise
